- 2 medium Avocado California
- 1 medium Garlic clove, crushed
- 3 Tbspn. Pepper chili, canned, chipped
- 1 medium Lime
- 3 Tbspn. sadaf Olive oil
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
Peel and mash avocado in a large bowl.
Add juice of the lime, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, olive oil and chili pepper. Mix well.
Add sour cream and mix until creamy.
Serve with romaine leaves, tomato wedges and slices of cucumber, zucchini, carrots and bell peppers.
