Preparation Time: 30 minutes
- 1/2 lb. Steak tenderloin
- 1/2 cup low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP. Sadaf Honey
- 1 tsp. Sadaf Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp. Sadaf ground cumin
- 1 tsp. Sadaf Turmeric
Soak 24 bamboo skewers in cold water for 1 hour.
Cut beef into very thin 3-inch strips. Put 1 or 2 strips on each prepared skewer and arrange in shallow dish. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, cumin and turmeric. Pour over beef, turning to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Prepare grill or preheat broiler. Arrange skewers on grill or broiler rack 2 inches from heat. Grill or broil 30 to 40 seconds per side for medium-rare. Serve immediately
