Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 8 slices Italian Bread
- 2 medium Garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Sadaf Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 2 medium Tomatoes, raw
- 1 tsp. Coarsley ground pepper
- 1 cup fresh Parsley
Each slice of Italian bread should be inch thick. Thinly slice the tomatoes.
Toast bread until lightly browned on both sides under a broiler.
Rub the top of the bread with garlic. Return slices to broiler tray.
Sprinkle the olive oil over the slices of bread. Top with tomato slices and pepper.
Broil close to flame for 1 minute or until oil starts sizzling.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
