Chick Pea Balls (Gondi)

Recipe for 8-9 balls Serving 8 persons

  1. 1 cup Sadaf chick pea
  2. 1 ¼ cup ground turkey or chicken breast
  3. 1 cup ground onion (grind in a mixer)
  4. 1 teaspoon Sadaf Cardamom ground
  5. ½ tspn salt
  6. ½ tsp pepper
  7. 1 tspn turmeric

Combine all ingredients , mix well ( by Hand) make into 2 inch balls, round well, make sure to press well so the ingredients stick well together.

Bring 8 cups chicken broth to a boil, drop the balls into the boiling soup, let cook for ½ hour over low heat.
Serve with hot with Pita bread and basil Leaves.
