Chicken Broccoli Fettucini

- 1 1/2 lb. Chicken breast, w/o skin, bone
- 1 cup Milk, whole
- 1 medium Garlic clove, crushed
- 3 cups Fettucini, cooked
- 10 3/4 oz. Cream of broccoli canned
- 1 Tbspn. Margarine
- 2 oz. Parmesan grated
In a skillet, in hot margarine, cook garlic 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Stir in soup, milk and cheese. Heat to boiling. Add Chicken. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring often. Toss with fettucini. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley, if desired.
