Chicken in a Pineapple Dijon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 8 pieces chicken thigh without skin
  • 3 tablespoons Sadaf Grapeseed oil
  • Some Kosher Salt.
  • ¾ Cup White Wine
  • 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:

Salt the chicken with Kosher salt, place grapeseed oil in a large skillet. Sear chicken until golden all over, then remove the chicken from skillet Add wine to skillet deglaze pan and stir for 2 minutes. Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix well for 3 minutes. Place seared chicken in with sauce simmer for 45 minutes.
