Chicken Kabob (Joojeh Kabob)
Ingredients (servings 4-6):
- 1 oz Sadaf chicken Kabob Seasoning
- 6 pieces of skinless chicken
- 2 oz plain yogurt (optional)
In a plastic bag shake pieces of chicken and Sadaf Chicken Kabob Seasoning until all pieces are completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Broil, Grill or fry as desired. To seal in moisture and tenderness while grilling or broiling, brush chicken with water or oil.
