Chicken Kabob (Joojeh Kabob)

Ingredients (servings 4-6):

  • 1 oz Sadaf chicken Kabob Seasoning
  • 6 pieces of skinless chicken
  • 2 oz plain yogurt (optional)

Direction:

In a plastic bag shake pieces of chicken and Sadaf Chicken Kabob Seasoning until all pieces are completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Broil, Grill or fry as desired. To seal in moisture and tenderness while grilling or broiling, brush chicken with water or oil.

Hi I would like to see Persian chicken, grilled that is the type offered with zeresk polo, in a restaurant offered in a frozen package and sold on Amazon.com Some people don’t live near a Persian grocery or would find it easier to buy on Amazon, along with other items since I get all of my groceries from Amazon Fresh delivered to my doorstep.
