Easy Recipes: Tandoori Chicken
Sadaf’s Tandoori mix is the perfect blend of high-quality spices such as coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, cloves, and more commonly used in Indian cuisine. This simple tandoori chicken recipe can be prepared in minutes and grilled to perfection. This seasoning brings a mouthwatering aroma and flavor to chicken, fish, shrimp, lamb, or vegetables. Our seasoning is made without the use of salt, colorings, additives, or artificial ingredients.
2 lbs chicken (legs, thighs, and breast)
3 tbsp Sadaf Tandoori Seasoning
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Sadaf Grapeseed Oil
Dry chicken with a paper towel and make slashes with a sharp knife.
In a bowl, mix and combine all ingredients and let rest, covered, for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 48 hours.
Cook on stovetop or grill until perfectly cooked at an internal temperature of 165 degrees or around 5-6 minutes on each side. To cook in the oven, set the temperature to 350 degrees and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve alongside saffron basmati rice, raita (cucumber + mint yogurt), and warm naan or flatbread
