Fish Kabob (Mahi Kabob)
- 1 oz Sadaf Fish Seasoning
- 8 pieces of Fish (Salmon, White, …)
In a plastic bag shake the fish and Sadaf Fish Seasoning until all pieces are completely coated, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Broil, grill or fry as desired. To seal in moisture and tenderness while grilling or boiling, brush fish with a mix of water and oil.
