Garden Dip with Dill
Preparation time: 4 hours
- 1 cups creamed Cottage Cheese
- 1 TBSP. Sadaf Lemon Juice
- 2 TBSP. Shredded Carrots
- 1 TBSP. Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. Dillweed
- 1 TBSP. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp. Sadaf Pepper
- 1 TBSP. Green Onion
In blender container, combine cottage cheese and lemon juice.
Cover, blend 3 to 5 minutes at medium speed or until smooth.
Stir in carrot, onion, parsley, dill, sugar and pepper.
Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
