Ground Meat Kabob (Kabob Kobideh)

Ingredients (servings 4-6):
- 1 oz Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning
- 2 LB Ground Meat of Choice
- 8 Skewers 7/8″ (optional)
Direction:
Dissolve 1 oz of Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning in 5 oz of luke warm water. Mix 2 LB of ground meat, allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes. form into paties or skewer, Broil or Grill as desired
ENJOY IT
I dissolved 2 pinches of ground kabob seasoning into 2 tbsp of mayonnaise for a terrific dressing on beef or lamb hamburgers. I make it about 15 minutes before using. Since I live alone I don’t need to make up a large quantity. Im sure your professional team can adjust the proportions to accommodate more servings.
