Ground Meat Kabob (Kabob Kobideh)

Ingredients (servings 4-6):

  • 1 oz Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning
  • 2 LB Ground Meat of Choice
  • 8 Skewers 7/8″ (optional)


Dissolve 1 oz of Sadaf Ground Meat Kabob Seasoning in 5 oz of luke warm water. Mix 2 LB of ground meat, allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes. form into paties or skewer, Broil or Grill as desired

    I dissolved 2 pinches of ground kabob seasoning into 2 tbsp of mayonnaise for a terrific dressing on beef or lamb hamburgers. I make it about 15 minutes before using. Since I live alone I don’t need to make up a large quantity. Im sure your professional team can adjust the proportions to accommodate more servings.

  5. I made the khobedeh for the first time with the seasoning, however the taste was ok but then the kabobs were very dry inside, any tip for juicy ones? Also have broil them on the oven. Please help, thanks 🙂
