Ingredients: (Serves 6)
¾ c Sadaf canned garbanzo beans
½ c Sadaf tahini
3 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
3-6 tbs ice water
Salt to taste
Instructions
Drain and rinse Sadaf canned garbanzo beans.
Add the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, ice water, and salt to a food processor and blend.
Leave on for up to 5 minutes to ensure maximum hummus creaminess.
Serve as a dip alongside pita bread, pita chips, carrots, celery or enjoy as a spread in sandwiches and more.
