Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 piece Frozen pie crust
- 2 cups mashed Pumpkin
- 1/4 cup low calorie brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Sadaf Ginger
- 1/8 tsp. Sadaf Cloves ground
- 1 1/2 cups Milk evaporated, skim milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. Sadaf Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Sadaf Allspice
- 3 large Egg white
Directions:
Cook pie crust according to package directions.
To prepare filling, mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into cooled pie shell. bake at 350 F for one hour or until inserted knife comes out clean.
