Shish Kabob (Kabob Barg)
Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)
- 1 oz Sadaf Shish Kabob Seasoning
- 2.5 LB of Sirloin, Chuck, Fillet or Shish Kabob cut Beef or Lamb
- 8 Skewers (optional)
- 1/2 Cup melted butter or margarine (optional)
In a plastic bag mix the Sadaf Shish Kabob seasoning with pieces of meat, until completely coated. Allow meat to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Skewer, Broil, Grill or Barbecue, spread with butter or margarine for a tastier dish.
